The Bars Collection is fully handled by the control (e.g. via AddPane/RemovePane/ClearPane methods). so there is no need to add/remove bars manually. Why do you tried this?

Sorry - it is not clear what you mean: ElPack 2021 download area contains installers for XE2 up to 10.4 + source installer (same for helpfiles + CHM standalone). See the sreenshot.

Please specify the name of the installer you used. We just tested setupel21src.exe (ElPack 2021 source installer) and the file you have attached is definitely not included (your file is from 2020 release).

As mentioned in helpfile "+" is a special key and needs to be surrounded by brackets: {+}, see also the SendKeys demo project.
