TElCurrencyEdit, TElFloatSpinEdit etc, forced use of decimal point.

Hi,

I want to always use a decimal point in e.g. the above controls, NOT e.g. a comma as in my computer regional settings.
Is there a simple property to accomplish that? I would prefer not to have to "hack" to do that.

    Fixed. New DecimalSeparator and UseSystemDecimalSeparator properties have been added to TElCurrencyEdit and TElFloatSpinEdit.

    Where can I download it? 

    My LMD Subscription period of “LMD ElPack 2019 (SingleUser, Subscription)” expires on April 14, 2019, and the budget to renew is not available until July this year.

    Only for clarification: Subscription period refers to free major upgrades, all 2019 minor updates etc. are free of charge without active subscription --> Renewal FAQ
