Hello

Is there a demo displaying the functionality of this component? If so where is it located?

I would suggest an addition to the Options properties Options.SingleSelectionLimit as a Boolean parameter. This would limit the user to only one selection from the items list.  Or alternatively Options.SelectionLimit as an integer parameter to limit the number of selections

    This is actually provided by setting the radio buttons flag (instead of checkboxes radiobuttons are shown, which allow single selection only).
