TLMDDBGrid column widths differ at different Windows Scaling

At 100% Windows display scaling, the column widths defined at design time are fine.  However, when I run my app after I switch to a display scaling of 150% or even 200% as some of our customers use, the columns are pushed to the left.  Is there something I need to do or have a setting wrong?
