Build Package from Source - Error

I am attempting to build the packages from the source file. when I attempt to Build the Win64, it fails with an error:

[dcc64 Fatal Error] dcllmdrtl.dpk(34): E2202 Required package 'designide' not found

i searched the source file directories and the install directory and see no file with this name. This error does NOT occur when building the WIN32. please help, john

This is correct - you can't build designtime packages (Delphi/C++Builder/RAD Studio IDE is 32bit!) in 64bit. 

Only runtime packages can be compiled in 64bit mode.
