TLMDHTMLHeaderControl worng html text position

Hi

I've upgrade components from LMD 2016.5 to LMD 2017.4 and i found that TLMDHTMLHeaderControl doesn't display html text properly.

Text position is wrong.

I've found the issue. As a hot fix, please replace the following line in TLMDHTMLHeaderControl.DrawThemedSection method:

hght := lTextRect.Right - lTextRect.Left;

to correct one:

hght := lTextRect.Bottom - lTextRect.Top;
