SyntaxEdit strange behavior (poor Unicode support?)

A customer supplied this test document:

See line 28-31. When edited with SyntaxEdit, strange things happen and Addict spellchecker does not underline words properly... the squiggly red lines are clearly in the wrong places. Also, the text jumps around when the cursor keys are navigated through it. See attachment.

I may have brought up similar issues in the past but I am not sure if this is the same. I suspect this is a limitation of SyntaxEdit that will probably not be addressed since development has basically stopped? If SyntaxEdit can be fixed or updated to support proper editing of the sample document then that would be great.

We discussed this already. And, unfortunately, the problem can't be fixed. Moreover, it also does not work in Delphi code editor.

OK, thanks. I figured it was the same or similar issue I brought up as before but I wanted to make sure. I am no expert in these "Unicode matters".
