TElTreeInplaceComboBox: What is StressShortCut used for?

I've searched the Help and googled for the answer.

Suppose StressShortCut is set to F2.

When F2 is pressed (when the cell is active) what happens?

What is it used for?

    1st: It would be a bad idea to use F2
    2nd: This shortcut inserts stress (accent) marks for the previous character (a very specific feature built in AFAIK in release 5.X on customer request).

    Example: Specify a shortcut. Enter e.g. in Edit "a". Then press shortcut. An accent will be added to the "a".
