ElLabel issue

Put a ElLabel on to a ElPanel. Set the colour of the ElPanel to something else (e.g Red). If Themes are ON, the background colour or the ElLabel is always clBtnFace regardless of the Transparent setting of the ElLabel.

This is by design. When ThemeMode is not equal to ttmNone controls is drawed using theme setting.
